Community Management Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Community Management Executive for its entity based in Karachi.

Position: Community Management Executive
Location: DHA Phase 8
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years
Salaries: 60k – 70k

Job Responsibilities:

- Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Create daily engaging content across social media stories (Facebook, Instagram)

- Work with different Facebook communities to market our promotions, discounts, and offers, building partnerships, and increasing brand reach.

- Ability to create engaging content, including images, videos, and caption
