Community Management Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate online and offline communities (WhatsApp, social platforms)
- Respond to community queries, DMs, and comments in a timely, brand-aligned manner
- Foster engagement through discussions, polls, announcements, and activities
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure a respectful, positive environment
- Support campaigns, launches, and events within the community
- Track engagement metrics and prepare periodic community reports
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support performance review cycles and feedback collection
- Help implement HR policies, processes, and company culture initiatives
- Coordinate training sessions, team activities, and internal communications
