Community Management & HR

Community Management Responsibilities

  • Manage and moderate online and offline communities (WhatsApp, social platforms)
  • Respond to community queries, DMs, and comments in a timely, brand-aligned manner
  • Foster engagement through discussions, polls, announcements, and activities
  • Enforce community guidelines and ensure a respectful, positive environment
  • Support campaigns, launches, and events within the community
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare periodic community reports

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support performance review cycles and feedback collection
  • Help implement HR policies, processes, and company culture initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions, team activities, and internal communications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask across people and process-driven roles
  • Basic understanding of HR practices
  • Familiarity with community tools and internal communication platforms
