About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Community Manager to build, grow, and nurture our tech community. This role requires a strong understanding of developer ecosystems, startup culture, and online/offline engagement strategies. You will be responsible for creating programs, events, and initiatives that strengthen community relationships, foster collaboration, and position our brand as a thought leader in the tech space.

Community Building & Engagement: Grow and manage developer and tech communities across Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, and other channels; foster daily conversations and peer collaboration.

Events & Programs: Plan and execute online and offline events (hackathons, workshops, webinars, meetups) and run programs that drive participation and value.

Content & Communication: Create newsletters, blog posts, and social content; act as the community voice internally and surface member feedback and insights.

Partnerships & Growth: Build strategic partnerships with universities, startups, and industry leaders; design ambassador and referral programs to accelerate growth.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key community metrics (engagement, retention, growth) and use data to iterate on strategy and improve member experience.
Requirements
Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed in this role:

2–4 years of community management experience, preferably in tech or startup environments.

Strong understanding of developer relations, startup culture, and current technology trends.

Demonstrated ability to scale online communities and run successful events.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with community platforms such as Discord, Slack, Circle, or similar tools.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships teams.

Creative, empathetic, and passionate about building meaningful connections.
Nice to Have

Experience with developer advocacy or open-source communities.

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Orbit, etc.).

Background in content creation, social media, or brand storytelling.
