Community Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Community Manager to engage with our audience, build relationships, and grow our online presence. You’ll be responsible for managing online conversations, fostering brand loyalty, and gathering feedback from users.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with followers across social media platforms and forums.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Moderate community discussions and enforce brand guidelines.
  • Organize and promote events, giveaways, and activations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve engagement strategies.
  • Track community insights and prepare reports on engagement and sentiment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in community management or social media engagement.
  • Strong communication skills with a personable approach.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics.
  • Ability to handle online feedback professionally and diplomatically.
  • Experience with Discord, Reddit, or other community platforms is a plus.
  • English & Arabic Proficiency
