Overview
Estenove, part of Nove Group, a global leader in medical tourism, is seeking a
Community Manager
to build and nurture vibrant online and offline patient communities.
This role connects our patients before and after surgery, ensuring a supportive, transparent, and empowering environment across WhatsApp, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, and real-world meet-ups. You’ll be responsible for creating a sense of belonging, turning patient experience into a continuous conversation, and transforming insights into action.
Main Responsibilities
Community Strategy & Growth

Build Estenove’s global community strategy, combining online platforms and local meet-ups.

Launch, moderate, and scale channels (WhatsApp, Discord, Reddit, social groups).

Develop rituals and programs such as AMAs, patient stories, and ambassador initiatives.

Foster authentic patient-to-patient engagement that reinforces trust and transparency.
Patient Support & Compliance

Ensure all interactions respect medical confidentiality, GDPR, and international health-data standards.

Implement clear community guidelines, escalation protocols, and safety playbooks.

Detect and manage misinformation, coordinating with medical and legal teams when needed.
Content & Activation

Co create patient driven content: recovery diaries, webinars, and educational materials.

Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Medical teams to deliver consistent, human-centered communication.

Empower ambassadors and former patients to lead conversations and share real experiences.
Collaboration & Insights

Translate community feedback into actionable insights for marketing and patient experience teams.

Report qualitative and quantitative learnings to guide Estenove’s continuous improvement.

Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing communities in healthcare, wellness, or tech.

Proven success in building trust based or patient centric community programs.
Skills

Strong understanding of community dynamics, online moderation, and user safety.

Confident communicator, empathetic, proactive, and calm under pressure.

Data-informed mindset with curiosity to experiment, measure, and iterate.

Fluent in English
(French or German is a plus).
