Job Summary
Ghithaa is looking for a passionate and talented Community Manager who loves social media, relationship-building, and creating an active and engaged community around the brand.
This role is essential for strengthening Ghithaa's presence, enhancing audience engagement, and building a strong network of influencers and coaches to create authentic content that drives brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Schedule and publish daily/weekly content aligned with Ghithaa's brand identity.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online community.
- Continuously search for suitable influencers and coaches (Micro Influencers & Coaches).
- Communicate with influencers and encourage collaborations in exchange for free meals and authentic content creation.
- Create and manage collaboration plans (Indirect / Semi-Daily / Weekly) based on marketing objectives.
- Track influencer performance and analyze collaboration results (reach, engagement, views).
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content quality and alignment with campaigns.
- Develop interactive community activities such as polls, Q&A, challenges, and mini-events.
- Ensure all content and collaborations adhere to Ghithaa's brand identity and values.
- Represent Ghithaa at health, fitness, nutrition, and community events in Jeddah, Riyadh, or other required cities.
- Attend events, network with influencers and coaches, and strengthen partnerships.
- Cover events with live content to enhance Ghithaa's presence in the community.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of trends, content analysis, and digital storytelling.
- Solid experience in selecting influencers and managing collaborations.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities for daily/weekly tasks.
- Analytical skills to read performance reports and extract insights.
- Sociable, well-presented, and able to build long-term relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Food / Wellness / Lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
