Resident Engagement & Community Management: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.• Property Maintenance & Vendor Management: Oversee the maintenance, service providers, and operations to ensure top-quality living conditions.• Financial & Budget Management: Manage budget planning, cost control, and service fee collections to ensure financial efficiency.• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full adherence to UAE property laws and industry regulations.• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise on-site staff, promoting a culture of excellence and service with a can-do attitude.• Community Engagement Initiatives: Organize events and initiatives designed to build and strengthen relationships within the community.
