We are seeking a Community Manager a 100+ unit Apartment Community located in Jamestown, N.C. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate!

Our ideal candidate will be well versed in customer service! We want someone who can push the boundaries and promote growth! The Community Manager is responsible for reporting to the management company and owners on a weekly basis and must be confident in the information relayed and able to balance multiple projects.

The Community Manager will be responsible for all aspects of a one-person office with two service team members. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, marketing, problem solving, property operations and people! We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results.

Pay: $58,500.00 - $61,000.00 per year
