Satellite Workplaces is looking for a bright, energetic Community Manager to run our Sunnyvale Coworking Space. Coworking spaces have become popular worldwide, offering start-ups affordable and scalable workspace plus the camaraderie of being with other entrepreneurs. We provide high quality workspace to knowledge workers and professionals needing private offices, virtual office plans, hot desks, meeting and conference rooms, whether full-time, part-time or just when needed. The successful candidate for the Community Manager position will need excellent communication and administrative skills and enjoy building and managing an entrepreneurial community. We need someone with solid sales aptitude who would be able to present available offices, communicate the benefits of working in a shared-work environment and influence potential members’ decisions. Must be detail-oriented, computer savvy, comfortable with general office software and standard office equipment -- and generally a quick study on new software. Experience with multiple computer platforms and social media is a plus. If you are an outgoing person that enjoys both keeping things organized and helping other people and has a solid sales aptitude and strong multi-tasking skills, this may be an excellent fit for you. We offer competitive hourly rates plus monthly bonuses based on your center’s profitability. (Did we mention 14 paid holidays per year, health, vacation, monthly profit sharing bonus etc.??)
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
