Hillpoint Properties is a real estate management company based in the DFW area. We pride ourselves on a strong company culture where people come first, and we are looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced Property Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of one of our apartment communities.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth property operations, resident satisfaction, budget performance, and compliance with housing laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site team to achieve leasing, occupancy, and operational goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on accountability and service
• Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and a strong community reputation
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies
• Manage property finances and remain within assigned budgets
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and all applicable laws

• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
