Community Manager – Flagstaff, AZ

Celle Asset Management, a growing Utah-based property management company, is expanding into Arizona! We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead lease-up and operations for a brand-new apartment community in Flagstaff, AZ.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role with future growth opportunities in Mesa and Casa Grande.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations
• Lead leasing efforts (marketing, tours, applications, leases)
• Maintain occupancy and reduce vacancies
• Serve as main contact for residents
• Coordinate maintenance and vendors
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and property performance
• Handle rent collection and delinquencies
• Ensure compliance with AZ landlord-tenant laws
• Maintain accurate reports and records

Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily property management
• Knowledge of Arizona rental laws preferred
• Lease up experience preferred but not a deal breaker
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with property management software (ResMan a plus)
• Extensive Fair Housing training and knowledge
• Financial experience (budgeting, collections, reporting)
• Salary will be determined by experience in the property management field.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
