We are looking for a highly personable, experienced Community Manager who takes pride in their work, serves their community with purpose, and gets the job done, no excuses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance exceptional customer service with strong operational performance.
What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of a market-rate apartment community

Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue goals

Ensure reports, deadlines, and financials are completed accurately and on time

Oversee rent collections and manage delinquency
-
Deliver an outstanding resident experience while maintaining accountability
-
Supervise and develop your onsite team ( maintenance Lead)
-
Ensure work orders (48 hours) and unit turns (7 days) are completed on time

Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and overall asset performance
Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to balance people-first service with business performance

2+ years of experience managing a market-rate or multifamily community
-
Experience with property management systems (Yardi preferred)

Bilingual is a plus
