Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented Community Manager & Trainer to lead community engagement, drive workshop operations, and deliver high impact training programs. You’ll play a dual role: managing our thriving student/educator community and actively contributing to content, curriculum, and STEM-based learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Community & Workshop Operations

• Collect and implement feedback from workshop participants.

• Maintain the Workshop Planner with a visibility of at least 2 months in advance.

• Track and improve community engagement metrics (DAU, points-based system).

• Respond promptly to community queries and concerns.

• Prepare and maintain a Community Post Calendar (30 days in advance).

Content & Kit Development

• Design engaging curriculum, presentations, and scripts for technical workshops

and training programs.

Training & Facilitation

• Conduct training for diverse audiences (students, teachers, professionals).

• Be a dynamic facilitator who makes learning hands-on, fun, and highly effective.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹245,000.00 - ₹349,000.00 per month
