Community Manager/Content Creator

  • Create engaging multimedia content such as blog posts, videos, photography, graphics, and white papers using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and video editing software.
  • Manage and optimize content across various content management systems (CMS) including WordPress and other platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility on search engines; utilize Google Analytics to monitor performance metrics.
  • Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and growing online communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives through targeted content creation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and basic coding skills for website updates or customizations; ensure content is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns; analyze data to refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Capture high-quality photography and videography to produce compelling visual stories that resonate with audiences.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with video editing software for videography projects.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates; understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience in content strategy development across multiple channels including blogs, email campaigns, social media platforms, and white papers.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from digital tools to optimize ongoing campaigns; familiarity with marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
