Community Marketing & Content Creator

Job Summary: We are seeking an outgoing, creative, and self-motivated Community Marketing & Content Creator to help grow WithCare Clinic's presence across the Bedford/DFW area. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand both out in the community and across our social media channels — shooting authentic content, representing the clinic at local events, and building real relationships with the neighborhoods we serve. WithCare Clinic is a modern urgent care and primary care provider on a mission to make quality healthcare fast, affordable, and accessible for everyone.

This part-time, paid position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a tangible impact on community health access while developing hands-on skills in content creation, grassroots marketing, and community outreach.

Duties

• Shoot and post social media content using your smartphone — including short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and photos that authentically showcase the clinic and its team across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Represent WithCare Clinic at health fairs and community events by setting up and running our booth, engaging attendees, and distributing clinic information and materials.
• Plan and host community-building events such as trivia nights at local apartment complexes to generate neighborhood awareness and goodwill toward the clinic.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to apartment complexes and local businesses to introduce WithCare Clinic, distribute branded materials, and develop ongoing community relationships.
• Maintain a consistent and on-brand social media presence by following a content calendar and adapting posts to reflect seasonal health themes, clinic services, and local community events.

Skills

• Outgoing, personable communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and representing a brand in public-facing settings.
• Comfortable on camera and experienced in creating casual, authentic short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, prioritize outreach stops, and show up consistently without close supervision.
• Reliable personal transportation required for travel between clinic locations and community outreach destinations.
• Basic familiarity with smartphone-based content creation tools and social media scheduling or posting workflows.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, or content creation is preferred but not required — a passion for community connection and healthcare access is equally valued.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
