Role Summary:
We are looking for a Community-focused Marketing Manager to build, grow, and manage the Wirefluid community. This role will work closely with the Product Manager to shape Wirefluid’s narrative, understand community feedback, and turn it into meaningful marketing campaigns and product insights.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the Wirefluid community across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.

• Engage the community through AMAs, Twitter Spaces, community calls, contests, and campaigns.

• Monitor community sentiment and gather feedback from all platforms.

• Share community insights and risks with the Product Manager and leadership.

• Help shape Wirefluid’s messaging and storytelling in a simple, user-friendly way.

• Create and manage community-focused content (threads, announcements, memes, short videos).

• Track Web3 trends, competitor communities, and relevant narratives.

• Measure community growth, engagement, and sentiment through basic KPIs and reports.

Requirements Must-have:

• 2–4 years of experience in community management or marketing

• 1–2 years of experience in Web3 / crypto • Good understanding of EVM ecosystems

• Hands-on experience managing crypto communities on X, Telegram, or Discord

• Strong written communication skills • Comfortable engaging publicly with the community (AMAs, Spaces, calls)
