Community Marketing & Patient Growth Manager

Painless Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated Community Marketing & Patient Growth Manager to help lead the growth of our Port Lavaca practice. This role is responsible for driving new patient acquisition, maintaining a productive schedule, reactivating existing patients, and building strong relationships throughout the local community.
The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping businesses grow. This individual will serve as the bridge between our office, our patients, our community, and our digital marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of new and returning patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the provider schedules remain productive and consistently filled.
- Contact existing patients who are overdue for treatment, hygiene visits, or follow-up appointments.
- Reach out to prospective patients and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Implement patient reactivation campaigns and monitor results.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, community outreach programs, and networking activities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, and employers.
- Represent Painless Dentistry at community events and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the company’s digital marketing team to align local outreach efforts with online marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including new patients, appointment utilization, and marketing effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient flow and overall office growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer service, healthcare, or dental practices preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
- Ability to build relationships and represent the practice professionally within the community.
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus but not required.

- Expected Compensation: $25/hour base plus up to $50,000 per year in bonuses
