Community Mental Health Case Manager(IFAST)

We’re looking for a dedicated, problem solving Case Manager to join our community team. The Essentials:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psych/Social Work/Human Dev (or 3+ years of case management experience).
• Reliable transportation and the ability to structure your own time.
