Community Mobilizer

Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Mobilize and motivate local community members to avail services offered by the MMU Van. Identify target areas and priority groups for medical outreach (marginalized, vulnerable, or remote populations). Build rapport with local leaders, influencers, ASHAs, Anganwadi workers, and panchayat members to support MMU activities. Awareness Generation: Conduct health awareness sessions in the community about preventive health, hygiene, immunization, maternal & child health, and disease control. Distribute IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) material. Facilitate group meetings, community gatherings, and health camps publicity. Beneficiary Management: Assist beneficiaries during registration and service delivery at the MMU Van. Collect community feedback on MMU services for quality improvement. Field Coordination: Coordinate with local health departments and community organizations for smooth implementation of the MMU schedule. Support the MMU team in site identification and crowd management at camp sites. Reporting: Maintain daily records of mobilization activities and community feedback. Submit timely reports to the Project Coordinator or Supervisor. Other Duties: Support other team members (doctor, nurse, pharmacist) in non-medical tasks as needed. Ensure adherence to project guidelines, policies, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
