Part-Time 25+hrs/week (Potential full-time) | $20/hr | Wenatchee, WA | Potential to Grow

About the Role

We’re looking for a Community & Operations Coordinator to help represent our brand, engage our community, and lend a hand where needed to keep our local factory running smoothly.

Our U.S. manufacturing and fulfillment operations are in Wenatchee, where a small, fun, hands-on team builds and ships sandals every day. Being local is important for this role — for content, collaboration, and team connection.

What You’ll Do

Manage community-facing work, including:

• Own social media strategy and execution
• Plan content, manage posting cadence, and track performance
• Provide strategic oversight for influencer and affiliate marketing
• Assistant support handles influencer discovery and outreach
• You focus on brand alignment, partnerships, and growth direction
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and pro deals

Customer Service Oversight

• Assistant support handles ~90% of daily CS
• You’ll manage tone, escalations, and phone support

Support local operations as needed:

• Occasional help with shipping or production
• Behind-the-scenes content and storytelling from the factory

Who You Are

• Based in or near Wenatchee, WA
• Organized, reliable, and friendly
• Experienced in social media, customer service, or community management
• Comfortable in a small-team, hands-on environment
• Bonus if you love the outdoors, movement, or minimalist living

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
