Position Summary

Enhancing Life Care Providers is seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Outreach & Client Relations Assistant to support our growing non-medical home care agency. This entry-level, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships in the community, and assisting with administrative and client engagement tasks.

This position plays a key role in marketing support, CRM data entry, community event coordination, and client/family engagement, helping us expand our reach and maintain meaningful connections with the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & CRM Support

  • Enter and maintain accurate client, referral, and contact data in the CRM system
  • Track leads, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Assist with basic marketing efforts such as outreach tracking and campaign support

Community Outreach & Events

  • Represent the agency at local community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and setting up events
  • Build relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations

Client & Family Engagement

  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for prospective clients and families
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating initial client assessments
  • Support follow-up communication with families to ensure satisfaction and connection

Administrative Support

  • Assist with documentation and intake processes
  • Maintain organized records and communication logs
  • Provide general office support as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doña Ana County, NM
