Community Outreach Liaison (Sales Focused RRT, 2YR Acute + Sales Pref)

  • Base Salary $50,000 - 70,000, plus Commission
  • Monday-Friday work-week

The Community Outreach Liaison is a sales focused position for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and is responsible for revenue growth and marketing of core services and products of Ascent Respiratory Care. This individual also ensures that the referral sourclies receive the highest quality service and best-in-class communication regarding clinical outcomes. Additional responsibilities include identification of marketing goals, coordinating, participating, reporting of activities and outcomes results. Successful candidate must own a reliable car and share in manager team back-up on-call duties. This individual also serves on the Management Team.

The Community Outreach Liaison is an exempt position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Communicate guidelines to referral sources on reimbursement guidelines for therapies/products

2. Conduct daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources

3. Develop sales call strategies to qualify new and maintain existing accounts to grow the business

4. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders

7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer and referral concerns

8. Meet and /or exceed a monthly sales quota

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must hold a current Colorado and Wyoming state Respiratory Therapist license

· Registered Respiratory Therapist holds a diploma from a COARC accredited school in Respiratory Therapy

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred

· Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills and problem-solving skills

· Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred

· Two years of ventilator management, artificial airway management, tracheostomy care

· Strong RT clinical knowledge and leadership skills a must

· Hold a current CPR for Healthcare Providers (Minimum)

· Must maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license
