Position Summary

The Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating new client referrals through community engagement, networking, and sales-focused outreach. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.

Compensation

• $300 per new client who starts services
• Weekly payouts after client begins care
• No cap on earnings
• Performance bonuses available

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and community programs
• Build strong relationships with case managers, social workers, and discharge planners
• Represent Home Advantage Homecare at community events, fairs, and networking functions
• Distribute marketing materials and maintain accurate outreach logs
• Generate leads through in-person visits, phone calls, and email outreach
• Create and post professional marketing content on social media platforms to support client acquisition and brand visibility
• Promote agency services online in alignment with brand standards and marketing guidelines
• Assist potential clients with the first steps of the enrollment process
• Meet monthly referral and conversion goals
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up with all referral sources

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, or business development experience required
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or human services strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within Hampton Roads
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule

Work Schedule

• Independent contractor (1099 position)
• Hybrid role with both in-person and remote responsibilities
• Flexible schedule with required community and facility visits
• Must be available to attend networking events and outreach meetings as needed
