The Chill Brothers is one of Texas’ fastest-growing HVAC companies and we’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing customer engagement and field marketing team.

If you’re someone who likes being active, meeting new people, and working face-to-face instead of sitting behind a desk all day, this opportunity could be a great fit. You’ll represent a trusted home service company while helping homeowners learn about ways to improve their comfort and energy efficiency.

No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support so you can build valuable communication and professional skills from day one.

This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Marketing or Sales who enjoy face-to-face interaction and working with people in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the face of The Chill Brothers, engaging with homeowners in various local communities by canvassing and setting appointments to help them upgrade their comfort systems. You’ll stay active, connect with people face-to-face, and represent a brand you can be proud of.

• Chat with homeowners about our no-pressure upgrade programs
• Set up appointments for our expert team
• Use your personality to build connections
• Help families stay cool and save money
