Community Outreach/ Sales Specialist - Cleaning Business - Twin Cities

About the Role

The Clean Crew is a growing professional cleaning company serving the Greater Twin Cities metro. We're looking for a motivated, people-person to help us grow our client base by reaching out to homeowners and businesses in the area.

This is a part-time position with real potential — perform well and there's a clear path to full-time and raises as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential residential and commercial clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into booked services
• Build relationships with local businesses and property managers
• Represent The Clean Crew professionally at all times
• Track and report outreach activity weekly

Requirements

• Strong communicator — confident on the phone and in person
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Must be based in the Greater Twin Cities area
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
