Independent Contractor-1099
This position begins as a short-term 1099 contract — 2 days per week, reviewed at 60 days. It is designed to grow. If you deliver results, this role has a clear path to permanent placement with expanded hours and responsibilities. We are not just filling a contract — we are looking for our next long-term team member.
This Role Is For You If...
You have made outbound calls in a previous job and can tell us exactly how many per day
You are not afraid of rejection — you see a "no" as the start of a follow-up, not the end of a conversation
You know your way around Facebook Business Manager or are confident you can learn it fast
You have sold, recruited, or persuaded someone in a professional setting — even if the title wasn't "sales"
You are self-directed — two days a week means you have to make every hour count without someone standing over you
You are tech savvy and comfortable with email outreach, basic content creation, and digital tools
You care about the work — serving seniors and their families is something that means something to you
You want this contract to turn into something permanent and you are willing to earn it
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Application Question(s):
- How comfortable are you creating a graphic or a short video — what tools would you use? (Canva, CapCut, iPhone, etc.)
Have you ever sent a mass email or used any kind of outreach tool — Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Sheets to track contacts?
If no one is checking on you, how do you make sure you stay on track and hit your numbers?
On a scale of 1 to 10 how comfortable are you making cold calls to complete strangers — and be honest with us, we would rather know now
Have you ever had a role where cold calling was the primary activity — not a side task but the main job?
