Position Overview

We are seeking a Community Outreach & Partnerships Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Atlanta area by developing relationships with organizations that serve seniors and families.

This role focuses on community engagement, networking, and referral development. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building long-term relationships, and connecting families with valuable support services.

This is a flexible, part-time commission-based role with strong income potential through recurring commissions as new clients begin services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assisted living and independent living communities
• Connect with hospital discharge planners and healthcare providers
• Visit senior centers, community organizations, and local events
• Educate community partners about Elevare Home Care services
• Maintain ongoing relationships with referral sources
• Follow up with potential clients and families
• Represent Elevare Home Care in a professional and positive manner
• Help identify opportunities for community partnerships and outreach

Compensation

This role offers a commission-based structure designed to reward successful relationship building and client referrals.

Representatives earn recurring weekly commission for each active client they refer to the agency, creating the opportunity to build long-term income as the client base grows.

As your network develops and more clients begin services, your recurring commission increases.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Has reliable transportation for community visits
• Has experience in healthcare, senior services, sales, or community engagement (preferred but not required)
