You will be the first impression for prospective Memory Care residents and families and will be an integral part of the process for people when selecting their new home. Your role is to effectively market and convey what makes Tucson SCC LLC different from other communities as well as be responsible for driving occupancy, developing strong referral relationships, and guiding residents and families through the transition into memory care with empathy and expertise.

What Tucson SCC LLC looks for in Community Relations Director:

· Preferred 2 years of Sales and Marketing senior living experience

· History of hitting or exceeding monthly occupancy and move-in goals

· Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

· Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.

· In-depth knowledge of competitors and community sources

· Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table

· Ownership attitude and can thrive in self-directed manner

· Knowledge and understanding of ALTCS

· Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hospital liaisons, skilled nursing social workers, case managers and other industry referral sources

· Conduct personalized tours for families and prospective residents

· Manage all inquiries including phone, online and walk-in leads

· Coordinate and host community events for professionals, families, and the public

· CRM experience preferred

· 8 hour shift

· Monday to Friday

· Weekends as needed
