As a Companion, you'll provide meaningful one-on-one support, helping clients feel connected, engaged, and cared for.

This is a great role for someone who values conversation, connection, and companionship—and wants to make a real difference in someone's daily life.

Job Requirements:

• Full-time or part-time availability, Monday - Friday, between 10am - 5pm
• Ability to drive to the members location
• Availability to work in Albany, Troy/Cohoes, East Greenbush, or Clifton Park
• Comfortable with clocking in/out electronically
• A compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy approach

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members
• Active listening and conversation
• Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement
• Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together
• Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift
• Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention
• Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
