Companion Home Provider (Live-In) – St. Charles, MO
Salary: $44,000 + Free Housing/Utilities + Full Benefits

Living with Purpose of Missouri is hiring a live-in Companion Home Provider to support a young adult with special needs in their private home. This unique role offers free housing, utilities, and food allowance in addition to a competitive salary and full benefits.

Schedule:

• Live-in: Sunday 3:00 p.m. – Friday 9:00 a.m.
• Daily time off: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Weekends off: Friday 9:00 a.m. - Sunday 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily living support (meals, self-care, medication, housekeeping).
• Encourage community involvement, activities, and skill building.
• Transport to appointments and outings (vehicle required).
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment.

Requirements:

• Age 21 and over.
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance
• Background check & drug screening required
• Experience with special needs/autism preferred
