About the Role

Stratum Env Group is looking for a detail-oriented Company Administrator to keep our office running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll support, and general administrative operations. QuickBooks proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and billing in QuickBooks
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records
  • Track job costs, purchase orders, and vendor payments
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate with project managers on budgets and expense reports
  • Handle general office administration, correspondence, and scheduling
  • Assist with compliance documentation and permit tracking

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) — required
  • 2+ years of administrative or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in construction, environmental services, or erosion control is a plus
