About the Role
Stratum Env Group is looking for a detail-oriented Company Administrator to keep our office running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll support, and general administrative operations. QuickBooks proficiency is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and billing in QuickBooks
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Track job costs, purchase orders, and vendor payments
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with project managers on budgets and expense reports
- Handle general office administration, correspondence, and scheduling
- Assist with compliance documentation and permit tracking
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) — required
- 2+ years of administrative or bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in construction, environmental services, or erosion control is a plus
