Company Driver

WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER

Warren Fastenings South, Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Company Driver to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in strong customer service and understands the importance of representing the company professionally at every delivery stop. The position combines safe, timely deliveries with hands-on warehouse support. When on the road, the driver is the face of the company to our customers and is expected to provide a positive, service-oriented experience with every interaction. When not on delivery routes, the driver will support warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, inventory, and general warehouse duties as needed. This role requires at least 2 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Delivers a variety of items to company customers, vendors, or other assigned locations and/or individuals for the purpose of distributing items from internal or external sources over scheduled and/or unscheduled routes

2. Provides professional, customer-focused service at every delivery point, ensuring positive interactions and clear communication with customers and vendors

3. Assists in receiving stock and nonstock items for the purpose of ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct

4. Repetitively lift up to 60 lbs.

5. Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport

6. Maintains records for the purpose of documenting activities and providing reliable resource information

7. Participates in physical inventory for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses

8. Following routes and time schedules

9. Performs all functions within the scope of the warehouse for the purpose of providing assistance to the warehousing operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and general support when not driving

10. Willing to work other duties as assigned by supervisor

11. Maintains a clean & safe work environment

12. Follows DOT regulations and safety standards

13. Achieves the targets and job standards set out by Supervisors/Managers

*JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

· Valid professional driver's license (CDL NOT REQUIRED)

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a driving and/or customer service-focused role preferred

· Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively

· Good driving record with no moving traffic violations

· Forklift Certification preferred but not required

· Type: Full Time

· Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7.30am-4.30pm

· Salary: $20.00/hour
