Company Formation Executive

About Us:
Prosperity Consultants is a leading business consultancy firm in Qatar, specializing in company formation, visa services, and corporate solutions. We support entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in establishing their businesses under Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) and other government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full company formation process including trade name reservation, commercial registration, articles of association, and licensing through MOCI.
• Prepare, review, and submit applications and legal documentation to MOCI and other relevant entities.
• Advise clients on company structures, licensing requirements, and compliance procedures.
• Liaise with MOCI, Hukoomi, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, and other authorities to ensure smooth approvals.
• Support clients with related services such as visa quotas, corporate bank account setup, and permits.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Qatari business laws, regulations, and MOCI policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in company formation and MOCI processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Qatari corporate regulations and government procedures.
• Should know how to use government portals and follow procedures in various ministries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client files.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
