About the Role

BURJEX is seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development & Operations Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE’s Freezone and Mainland company formation processes, along with experience in client handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business opportunities in corporate and business setup services.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on UAE Freezone and Mainland company formations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify market trends and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

* Proven experience in business setup / corporate services in the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of Freezone & Mainland company formation processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Preferred: Candidates on Dependant Visa / Family Visa (immediate joiners).
