Company Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager with a strong background in sales within facilities management and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s facilities and maintenance services portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to meet client requirements
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a facilities management or maintenance services company
  • Strong knowledge of facilities services and maintenance operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Strong client management and problem-solving abilities
