Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager with a strong background in sales within facilities management and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s facilities and maintenance services portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Oversee service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to meet client requirements
- Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a facilities management or maintenance services company
- Strong knowledge of facilities services and maintenance operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Strong client management and problem-solving abilities
