Company Manager / Managing Director - Leading Law Firm

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Company Manager / Managing Director to lead a prestigious law firm based in Riyadh. This role calls for a visionary leader who can drive the firm's growth, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: - Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the law firm to achieve business goals and sustainable growth. - Manage and coordinate the activities of all departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and business plans that align with the firm's objectives and compliance standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to enhance the firm's reputation and market position. - Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to promote profitability and operational excellence. - Recruit, mentor, and develop senior management and legal professionals to foster a high-performance culture. - Monitor industry trends and legal developments to ensure the firm’s competitive edge and compliance. - Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management role within a leading law firm or professional services environment. - Strong understanding of legal industry operations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics. - Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated capability in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management. - Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and maintain high ethical standards. - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications or MBA preferred. - Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable, with strong cultural awareness of the Riyadh market.
