Company Nurse / Employee Health Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Company Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in safeguarding the health and well‑being of employees, while also managing medical documentation and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather health information and monitor the overall wellness of employees.
  • Oversee medical and life insurance procedures, including reviewing contracts to ensure benefits are advantageous for both employees and the organization.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and handle reimbursement processes efficiently.
  • Attend to inpatients who are admitted to hospitals, ensuring proper follow‑up and care coordination.
  • Manage medical health check processes for new employees and food handlers, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health requirements.
  • Conduct visits, check‑ups, and ocular assessments for ill employees, applying treatment or procedures as endorsed by licensed medical providers.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, analyze health trends, and provide reports to management when necessary.
  • Organize and deliver health trainings for employees, promoting awareness and preventive care.
  • Establish partnerships with medical providers to arrange medical camps and wellness initiatives.
  • Track expiry dates of medical certificates and coordinate timely renewals in line with LMRA and MOH regulations.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and assist in event organization as required by the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed Nurse with valid registration under the Ministry of Health (NHRA).
  • Strong knowledge of medical procedures, occupational health standards, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Ability to conduct health trainings and promote wellness programs.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to take on administrative and departmental support tasks.
