Company Secretary

We are looking for a dedicated company secretary having completed CS only to join our team at Apoorva Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited

You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, facilitating board governance, advising on corporate governance matters, and supporting corporate decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is meticulous and knowledgeable, with a strong understanding of India's corporate governance and regulatory compliance. They also have a track record in company secretarial practices and corporate administration.
