Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining statutory records, registers, and documents.
  • Preparing board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
  • Filing of e-forms and handling compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Assisting in annual returns, secretarial audits, and other compliance reports.
  • Coordinating with statutory authorities, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting in corporate governance, legal, and compliance matters.
  • Any other secretarial and compliance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Semi-qualified CS (completed Executive level, pursuing Professional level).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MCA portal filing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
