  • Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of company incorporation, statutory compliance, ROC filings, and guiding clients with clarity and confidence. This is a performance-driven role — accuracy, speed, and client-handling skills are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities1. Company Incorporation

  • Handle end-to-end incorporation of Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Partnership, and other Indian entity types.
  • Draft MOA, AOA, Partnership Deeds, LLP agreements, and related documentation.
  • Manage DSC, DIN, name reservation, PAN, TAN, GST registrations.
  • Coordinate with MCA, GST, and other authorities for approvals.

2. Annual Compliance & ROC Filings

  • Manage all ROC filings: AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, INC-22, PAS-6, MSME, DPT-3 and event-based compliances.
  • Maintain statutory registers, minutes, resolutions, notices, and documentation.
  • Track deadlines and ensure zero-delay compliance.
  • Handle board meetings, AGM documentation, appointment/resignation of directors, share transfers, and capital changes.

3. Client Consultation

  • Provide clear, practical guidance to clients on compliance, structuring, and legal requirements.
  • Handle client calls, explain processes, timelines, costs, and required documents.
  • Resolve client queries quickly and accurately — no hand-holding or guesswork.
  • Maintain strong relationships while being firm on compliance rules.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with legal, accounts, GST, and operations teams.
  • Prepare status reports, trackers, and compliance dashboards.
  • Ensure all documents are filed, stored, and updated properly.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MCA, ROC, Companies Act, LLP Act.
  • Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
  • Solid communication — must be able to explain legal stuff in simple language.
  • Deadline-oriented with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume compliance work.

Qualifications

  • CS Executive or CS Professional preferred.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in company law and compliance.
  • Experience working with consultants, startups, or CA/CS firms is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
