Job Description for Company Secretary

Job Title: Company Secretary

Department: Corporate Secretarial

Location: [Delhi Nehrj place , State]

Experience: min 3- years to max 5 yrs

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage corporate governance and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

- Handle board meetings, AGM, EGM, and other committee meetings

- Maintain statutory registers and records

- File necessary forms and returns with regulatory authorities

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws

- Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders

- Manage company secretarial matters and provide advice on corporate governance

Requirements:

- CS (Company Secretary) qualification from ICSI

- [X] years of experience as a Company Secretary

- Good knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and company secretarial software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations

- Good understanding of corporate governance and compliance

Salary:

₹ 5 lakhs per annum
