Role Overview

The CS professional will assist the Practising Company Secretary in delivering corporate secretarial services, statutory compliance, ROC filings, secretarial audits, due diligence, and advisory assignments for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities ROC Filings & Compliance

  • Prepare and file ROC forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, INC forms, etc.
  • Handle event-based and annual compliances for Private Limited, LLP, OPC, and Section 8 Companies.
  • Maintain statutory registers, minutes books, and compliance trackers for clients.

Secretarial Audit & Due Diligence

  • Support in conducting Secretarial Audits (Form MR-3).
  • Assist in preparing audit working papers, checklists, and compliance reports.
  • Conduct due diligence for corporate actions such as share transfers, allotments, and amendments.

Corporate Actions & Advisory

  • Prepare documents for incorporation, change of name, change in directors, share capital increase, shifting of registered office, etc.
  • Assist in drafting resolutions, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide basic advisory support on Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements (under guidance of PCS).

Documentation & Client Management

  • Maintain client files, registers, compliance calendars, and periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with clients for data, signatures, and document collection.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all documentation.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support in GST/TDS filings.
  • Assist in trademark filings or MSME/Udyam registrations.
  • Handle MCA portal updates, DSC renewals, and master data checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
