About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to lead and manage compliance, legal governance, and regulatory obligations of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure end-to-end adherence to RBI regulations, corporate laws, and internal policies while fostering a strong compliance culture across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all compliance initiatives, including implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and AML requirements.
- Act as the guardian of code of conduct and employee trading policies; ensure ethical and regulatory adherence.
- Advise business units on their compliance obligations and integrate compliance into day-to-day business operations.
- Develop procedures, checklists, and templates for ongoing compliance and conduct regular monitoring to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Maintain professional and effective relations with RBI, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure 100% compliance under RBI Regulations, AML laws, Companies Act, and corporate governance requirements.
- Track and interpret new regulatory developments, draft guidance notes, and facilitate implementation within the organization.
- Oversee all Legal and Company Secretarial responsibilities, including regulatory reporting and documentation.
- Liaise with RBI and other statutory authorities on matters relating to RBI reporting, AML, Insider Trading, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Implement and drive a robust Compliance & Legal governance system within the organization.
- Organize Board Meetings, prepare agendas, and manage stakeholder matters with the Board of Directors of an NBFC.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) listing obligations, where applicable.
- Serve as the Company Secretary, handling all statutory and secretarial responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, RBI/IRDAI guidelines, Companies Act & Corporate Laws.
- Working knowledge of AML, regulatory reporting, and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with audits and statutory compliances.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and compliance/reporting tools.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
