- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
- ● Board Support: Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for board meetings; assist in decision-making processes and provide legal advice to the board.
- ● Regulatory Filings: Manage timely filing of statutory documents, annual returns, and compliance reports with regulatory authorities.
- ● Secretarial Audit: Conduct internal audits of corporate governance practices and recommend improvements.
- ● Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and its shareholders; manage communications and resolve queries.
- ● Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- ● Advisory Role: Provide guidance on corporate structure, risk management, and compliance matters.
- Requirements:
- ● Education: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a degree in law or related fields preferred.
- ● Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role.
- ● Should be able to work independently or in a team environment.
- ● Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
