Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary to manage all statutory, legal, and compliance-related work of our stock broking firm. The role includes handling SEBI, NSE/BSE, ROC, and other regulatory requirements and supporting the management in corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, Stock Exchange (NSE/BSE) rules, and other regulatory bodies
- Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and statutory records
- Prepare and maintain board meeting, committee meeting, and AGM documentation
- Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Monitor compliance related to stock broking, DP operations, and allied services
- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors
- Ensure timely submission of reports, returns, and disclosures
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance calendars
- Advise management on corporate governance and legal matters
- Support internal audits and inspections
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI
- Active membership with ICSI
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and capital market laws
- Experience in a stock broking or financial services firm preferred
Skills Required
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong documentation and drafting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple compliances within timelines
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Fresh CS candidates with internship experience in stock broking firms may also apply

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
