We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to act as the primary advisor on

corporate governance, statutory compliance, and legal integrity.

Responsibilities :

• Corporate Governance & Secretarial Duties.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance (Kerala Focus).
• Financial & Ethical Oversight.
• Stakeholder Management
• High level of professional ethics and the ability to handle confidential information.
• CS inter completed can apply for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
