About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Associate Company Secretary to assist the Company Secretary in handling all day-to-day secretarial, legal, and compliance activities of the organization and its group companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate laws, governance practices, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in all secretarial, legal, and compliance matters of the company and its group entities.

· Maintain all statutory registers, legal documentation, and records as per regulatory requirements.

· Draft and review MOUs, agreements, and contracts with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and service providers.

· Prepare and maintain minutes of Board, Audit Committee, and Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings.

· Manage investor relations, communications, and helpdesk activities.

· Coordinate and arrange investor and business meets and support investor-friendly initiatives.

· Assist in sustainability documentation and reporting.

· Coordinate with CDSL & NSDL for ISIN creation and submission of corporate action forms for NCDs.

· Stay updated with and implement SEBI circulars and notifications.

· Support any other assignments entrusted by the Board of Directors, CMD, or JMD.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Completed CS Professional Program (Associate Company Secretary).

· Additional qualification such as M.Com or LL.B will be preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed organization or with a practicing Company Secretary.

· Excellent communication, drafting, and coordination skills.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
