*Job Description – Company Secretary* *Role Overview* We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, support the Board of Directors, and drive corporate governance practices across the organization. *Key Responsibilities* - Manage all statutory filings, board meetings, and AGM proceedings; prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions. - Ensure adherence to Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. - Maintain corporate records, share‑capital registers, and secretarial registers. - Advise the Board on legal, regulatory, and governance matters. - Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and regulators as needed. - Oversee compliance with secretarial standards and internal policies. - Handle shareholder communications and queries. - Support the CEO and senior management on corporate matters and strategic initiatives. *Qualifications* - Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with valid membership. - Minimum 3‑5 years of secretarial experience in a mid‑size or large organization. - Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and governance frameworks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office and secretarial software. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. *What We Offer* - Competitive salary + performance bonus. - Statutory benefits (PF, ESI, gratuity). - Professional development and training opportunities. - Positive, collaborative work environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
