Job Description – Assistant Manager / Manager (CS + Legal)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Reports To: Head – Legal & Compliance
Position Summary:
The role involves managing Corporate Secretarial (CS) functions and supporting legal compliance, drafting, and documentation activities for the company. The position ensures adherence to statutory requirements, accurate filings, and timely legal support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Corporate Secretarial (CS):
- Manage all statutory compliances under the Companies Act.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, minutes of Board, Committee & General Meetings.
- Draft notices, agendas, and minutes for meetings.
- Handle filing of all ROC forms, annual returns, and other statutory documents.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and consultants as required.
Legal:
- Draft, review, and vet commercial agreements, contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and letters.
- Support litigation matters by coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements across business operations.
- Maintain legal documentation, records, and contract repository.
- Assist in legal research and preparation of internal reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of Company Law and corporate governance.
- Good understanding of contract drafting and legal compliance.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:
- CS Qualified (Preferable: Member of ICSI).
- LLB or pursuing LLB will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 3–7 years for Assistant Manager / 7+ years for Manager (CS + Legal).

As per industry standards / Best in the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
