We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, guiding clients through the business setup process, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, referrals)
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose suitable business setup solutions
- Explain the UAE business setup process, including licensing options, visa requirements, and banking procedures
- Prepare and send proposals and follow up regularly to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM)
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and potential corporate clients
- Stay updated on changes in UAE business regulations and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in business setup and corporate services
- Female - European or Russian
- Strong knowledge of UAE free zones and mainland company formation processes is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu, Russian or other languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus)
- Have a network of channel partners is a big plus
